Thank you, mostly good experience I was looking to trade in my older CTS for a newer car. I enjoyed test driving the ATS and Bob helped me find the ATS that worked for my budget. Sam K I was looking to trade in my older CTS for a newer car. I enjoyed test driving the ATS and Bob helped me find the ATS that worked for my budget. Sam Kolenovic was great too, they both made sure I got the best financing possible and I felt confident in their assistance. They made the process easy and stress free. My only compliant about this dealership was the first time I called. I was very excited to see there were a lot of cars in inventory that I was interested in. The first salesman I spoke with was SO blase and actually tried convincing me NOT to buy an ATS. He told me they were "intro in Cadillac cars" and if I was used to a CTS that I wouldn't like it. That just was NOT a great intro into a dealership. I felt so deflated after that call I almost didn't come for a test drive. I really like the ATS and its sportiness, here this guy is on my first call there convincing me not to buy one! They almost lost my sale to Pine Belt Cadillac but I requested a different salesman and it worked out. I appreciated Bob helping me and he seemed happy to get me into a sportier ATS. Bob and Sam were great but there does seem to be a lack of overall friendliness and enthusiasm here. Everyone else I dealt with was kinda stand offish More
