I felt at ease throughout the whole process with absolutely no pressure at all and 100% confident that the XT5 was the right car for me ! Although many people dread that sit down with the “Business Manager’ Sam Kolenovic shatters all of the myths and fears that a customer has when they go to sit down and discuss financing and coverage options. A straight shooter who shows the utmost respect for the customer and makes you feel like you are speaking to a relative. No fancy sales pitch, no trying to sell unneeded warranties or packages but rather clear and articulate explanation of what you are signing and what it means to you as the customer. From a timing perspective when I picked up the vehicle, I was out of the dealership within 35 minutes of arrival, in my car, paperwork signed and on my way.
