I did shop around but came back to know where the people really care about Today I picked up my Cadillac XT5 from McGuire Cadillac in Woodbridge, NJ. I did shop around but came back to know where the people really care about the right fit for me without being pushy. My salesperson, Vinnie Loprete, was so knowledgeable, personable and took the time to go over the key features. He knew I was overwhelmed transitioning from a Cadillac 2012 CTS to this vehicle. After my initial tutorial, he told me to make a list and come back, as needed, for more hands-on applications. He even set up my Bluetooth and all the other features. I am forever grateful for his patience as I am not tech savvy. Then there was Sam Kolenovic, the Business Manager. He explained in detail everything I had to sign and waited to field my questions. Everything he explained was done in plain English without all the technical terminology. Sometimes the process can be rushed and errors made at the purchaser's expense but this was not the case. Lastly, was Jerry Wojciechowski. Although I did not have direct contact with him, he was very fair on my trade-in and the numbers for the final sale. These three individuals are true professionals. During the time I have owned Cadillacs prior to this purchase, I have to also comment about the service department for always keeping me well informed and making it hassle free.
