Awesome customer service Few days ago,I leased a XT5. Prior to going to McGuire, I have spoken to other dealerships trying to get a price but believed to be high. I decided last week to stop by McGuire and personally speak with a salesman. I spoke with Pete from sales and told him the numbers I have received from other dealers. Pete was understanding and caring. Pete was able to beat the other competitors price. I told Pete I would have to think about and left. Pete was not pushy and did not call thousand times. I eventually spoke with Pete and asked him what is the best price they could do on this vehicle. Needless to say they were able to beat my original quote. Once the deal was done, I was introduced to Sam of finance. Sam was super nice, detailed oriented and explained everything and made sure I understood everything before signing. Sam also didn’t try to sell me unnecessary things. I was pleased with my overall experience and hope to continue to purchase vehicles from McGuire. More
