I brought my car in for service. They did a tire rotation and alignment. I left there and my front right tire show Low air. I went home and filled it up but was annoyed that I jus They did a tire rotation and alignment. I left there and my front right tire show Low air. I went home and filled it up but was annoyed that I just paid for this . I rode the car and wound up with a flat tire on I 75 and the tire couldn’t be repaired so now I need a new tire. Not happy. It has a nail in it and either they didn’t notice it (I went in with tires that were okay) or in the dealership the tire picked up a nail. More

The service department is horrible especially the guy that works in the parts, I have called numerous times and left messages for him to call me back and he never did. My car is there for service and he that works in the parts, I have called numerous times and left messages for him to call me back and he never did. My car is there for service and he said they will have it for a day, never heard from them that my car is done or they will have it another day. I tried calling numerous times and cannot get a hold of the service department to see if my car is done or not. There customer service is horrible More
