Her smile, pleasant personality and knowledge helped a bunch. We knew exactly what we were interested in when we arrived, but that does not mean a deal will take place. Sonata did her part well in making it come off. We did not expect to drive away with the vehicle we might purchase that same day, but everyone did their part well to make that happen. Yesterday, I received a call from Raven? to go over any issues we might have with the vehicle, which was a nice touch. So far, we love ?? it, and anticipate driving it for many years.
