I went in with 11000$ saved up to buy a car and I trusted them and I have a car that’s only worth 16000 and a 23000$ loan now I have 4 grandkids I take care of I asked them not to do this to me and they did them and I have a car that’s only worth 16000 and a 23000$ loan now I have 4 grandkids I take care of I asked them not to do this to me and they did I didn’t know what I was doing it happened so fast now I’m stuck with 400$ payments and a car that’s not worth what I paid for 2 days ago very disappointing they honestly really screwed me over what part of that is right? It’s not at all I shoulda never trusted mcgrath I was warned it’s all very upsetting now I have to worry about this car and how to feed my grandkids this is not what I wanted at all they don’t listen then they tack on 6000$ for xxxx I don’t need ugh they made my life not better at all More

Amazing! !!!! Abby is the BEST! She has sold me my last three cars. She makes it seamless and my car is delivered so I don’t have to step foot on the car lot! !!!! Abby is the BEST! My air bag was installed quickly and it is great now. The guys were helpful and the coffee hot and smooth. I bought my VW there a few years ago and it is still ship shape. I highly recommend McGrath. The worst buying experience ever. My daughter bought her first here and it has been a nightmare with one mistake after another on the paperwork. From putting the wrong year on the loa My daughter bought her first here and it has been a nightmare with one mistake after another on the paperwork. From putting the wrong year on the loan papers to ignoring the bank email for two weeks when there was a problem. Loan was finally finalized two days after loan due date. Thanks for the nightmare and we will not be back and will be sure to tell others to avoid all your dealers. Worst experience ever. More
