I had a good experience with Justin and the rest of the staff at this dealership. He was very helpful and allowed me to look the vehicles over as I pleased. I purchased a much needed vehicle that I am very satifisfied with. There was one issue that occured after the purchase with HVAC vents. I have asked Justin to look into the issue and he told me he would. I have not heard back yet, but it has only been a few days (besides I know where he works). I think the issue can be easily resolved and it sounds as though the dealership is willing to help. Overall it was a good experience and there was a good selection of vehicles. I came to the dealership under extreme circumstances in the hopes of being able to get a loan with very poor credit. Mike, my sales rep, was very accomodating and moved quickly to get me into my vehicle. I the hopes of being able to get a loan with very poor credit. Mike, my sales rep, was very accomodating and moved quickly to get me into my vehicle. I gave all the money I had for a down payment which was less than what they wanted however they understood. My children and I were escaping from an unsafe situation and this car was very critical for us to be able to move forward with our lives. Mike was great, that is not the problem. I have yet to make a first full month's payment, have not received my plates or registration. I had to take the car into a mechanic's shop due to a noise under the front end. After inspection I was informed that there are safety critical issues with the vehicle and because of that it was not safe to drive and was handed a $700.00 invoice. I reached out to my sales rep, Mike Egen, provided the invoice and asked for assitance. I have yet to get a response. This is the third vehicle I have personally driven off their lot that had immediate costly issues with it. I came to McGrath auto group trusting that the "third time" would be the charm. As previously mentioned, I gave all my money as the down payment, I cannot afford to put $700.00 into the vehicle less than a month after purchasing it. I am very disappointed that my request for assistance has been ignored and will not be returning when I am ready to upgrade in December. I have been informed that this organization is notorious for selling lemons and now am a personal victim of this. There is a competitor, Junge Automotive, in the area, I will recommend and conduct business with them in the future. Thank you. More
