They damaged my car Toyota of Iowa City damaged my car once I handed it over to them. Be very careful and walk around the whole car with them before you turn it over to Toyota of Iowa City damaged my car once I handed it over to them. Be very careful and walk around the whole car with them before you turn it over to them. When I got my car back from them the right passenger bumper was damaged and my tail gate to the trunk would not open. The sensors in the bumper go crazy if you hit the bumper. My tail gate opened just fine before they got hold of my car. They lied about damaging my car and refused to make things right. I will never take my car to them ever again. More

Bad services I did oil change on Toyota of Iowa City, the price listed on their Website and confirmation email I got was $28.95. But they finally charged me extra I did oil change on Toyota of Iowa City, the price listed on their Website and confirmation email I got was $28.95. But they finally charged me extra filter cost (about $6) and extra 1 quart oil (about $3) which they did not give acceptable reason. Time what I wait for oil change is bit longer than other dealers. I recommend ask and confirm price before doing any service with them. More
