Extremely Disappointed with McGrath Lexus Service - I scheduled a service appointment for my less-than-one-year old RX350 at McGrath Lexus Westmont. I was told it would take “30 minutes or less” to get scheduled a service appointment for my less-than-one-year old RX350 at McGrath Lexus Westmont. I was told it would take “30 minutes or less” to get a repair quote. I arrived early and expected an efficient visit, but I spent almost 2 hours waiting and eventually had to leave without receiving a repair quote. When I told them that I needed to leave, it took them another 30 minutes to bring my car to me, and I missed another important appointment. I was told that they had not yet looked at my car, so they could not provide the quote. This is not the level of service I expect from a Lexus dealership – especially for a vehicle purchased there less than a year ago. Lexus customers deserve excellent service, efficient scheduling and respect for their time. I hope both this dealership and Lexus corporate review their service practices to prevent this from happening to other customers. More
