Better than other Lexus dealerships in my area (Naperville is the worse). But far from good. Waited 2.5 hours for a tire patch with zero updates. This has been common practice since my new purchase in May....Service area has tons of employees, but you wait forever to get seen. I cringe going there knowing that I'm going to such an inefficient business. More
