I needed a vehicle fast due to mine being totaled unexpectedly. I was really short on time and the vehicle was out of state. Alisa was able to provide me with details, photos, and video of the vehicle I was interested in. When I made the decision to go ahead with the purchase everything was done to perfection prepping the vehicle for my arrival. When I arrived my vehicle was ready to go fully detailed with new tires and brakes. The only thing I had to do was sign some paperwork and I was on my way. I was very short on time between school and an upcoming vacation not to mention stressed over a friend totaling my Infiniti G35 Coupe which was a special car to me. I purchased from Alisa a Lexus IS350 and I could not be more satisfied. The customer service was great and the vehicle is amazing. Rita has sold me three cars beginning in 2003. She has been very helpful along the way and if I am fortunate enough to buy another Lexus she will be the one to make it happen. The endless number of forms to fillout and sign was professionally handled for me by Mike Connery. Although I have not worked with Mike before it was a nice experience. He had the forms prepared, anticipated my questions and prompted me to consider added coverage and Roadblock protection both of which I am glad to have. My new ES 350 has so many great features that create the need for special tutelage. No one needs more help than I do. Another new assist for me was Ben Kruchten. He was very thorough and patient as he demonstrated the numerous techical items included on me new car. Upon completion he made it very clear that I should contact him at any time if I had a question. It would be my pleasure to work with Rita, Mike and Ben in the future. This most recent experience was pleasurable for me and I look forward to the enjoyment of my new ES 350. More

My husband and I flew from Ohio to purchase a GX470. I dealt with Sevan online and the SUV that I orginally contacted him on did not work out.
