McGrath Lexus has always been spot on when it comes to service. Paul Tuffner is as good as it gets. My wife and I are very humble people and have spent the majority of our lives helping others. When my car was totalled in an auto accident, I asked my wife to drive me to another used car dealearship. Inst majority of our lives helping others. Instead, she took me to McGrath Lexus in Westmont and told me to help myself to a new 2011 Lexus. Bill Lawson greated us at the door. We didn't purchase anything the first day and it actually took 4 months before I finally got my Lexus. Bill Lawson stayed in touch and was so patient everytime. He knew that I didn't want to spend an enourmous amount of money but he treated me as if I had a million dollars to spend. My new Lexus is absolutely wonderful and so is the service provided by Bill and his Team at McGrath Lexus of Westmont. My wife and I are Lexus owners for Life. More
This is the most horrible car buying experience I have ever had. First, I drove from 4 hours away to trade in my BMW 325XI for a Lexus IS250. I explained to Rita on the phone that I really needed Naviga ever had. First, I drove from 4 hours away to trade in my BMW 325XI for a Lexus IS250. I explained to Rita on the phone that I really needed Navigation and Sat. radio in whichever car I purchased. I got there at 8:00pm on Monday night. When I get there I am informed that there is a defect with the wheels and that I should have them replaced within a month under the warranty. OK. Fine. I made the mistake of going in there tired. I get man handled by Rita and the manager Eric on the trade-in value of my BMW. I was assured, after asking many times that I wanted more on the trade-in, that they would just sell it o a wholesaler and they were not going to make any money on it. OK. So I get done with all the paperwork, get escorted to the courtsey gentleman (best person there) that handle teaching you all the features of the car. I just want to know how to program the Sat radio. He presses the Sat button and nothing happens. Come to find out at 10:30p.m. that there isn't satellite radio installed. OK. IM mad. I tell Rita I cannot have this car without it. Eric the sales manager says he will "take care" of me on this. But I will have to call tomorrow to setup and appointment to get it installed. OK. phew. Rita calls me the next day saying that the best they can do is install it for $400.00. WTF!! Now I am really mad, but now they make it seem that I am stuck with the car. So I agree (reluctantly). I come (4 hours of driving each way) for the install and wait 6 hours while they install the radio. I come out to approve the work and come to find they put one of those 1"x1" aftermarket antennas on the trunk instead of installing it in the sharkfin. IM ABOUT READY TO BLOW. The service manager assured me that there was no way to put it in the sharkfin. So after fighting with him. I drive the car home. I call Lexus corprate and they send me a link to the part that allows you to connect it to the sharkfin. Send this info to Rita. They offer to move the antenna to the sharkfin, but I have to drive all the way there AGAIN. 24 hours of driving for a car that I don't even like. It feels cheap compared to the BMW. Futhermore, the dealership charges for everything but water when you are waiting. BMW dealerships have free soda and cofee. McGrath sales people have that slimmy feel to them and come off as very unprofessional. While I was waiting two sales man got into a agrument over who was going to get the "most numbers" that day, then they proceeded to walk outside the door and light up a cigarette. You just feel scammed when you walk out of there. I have purchased many cars and never felt taken advantage of. When I was there on my last visit, I noticed they had my BMW on their lot for 4 grand more than what I got for it (I was assured they could do any better on it, and that it would be sold directly to a wholesaler, becuase nobody would be able to a loan on a car with over 100,000 miles.) I will never buy from them again. More

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and Mel was very informative and helpful by explaining and exploring all my current and future options. Mel went above and beyond to insure that I was very satisfied with my experience and purchase and that he meet all of my financial needs. It's been a long time since I've been treated so well at an auto dealer. The sales staff was very low pressure and polite, none of this in your face stuff and you must buy today! We did leave with an almo an auto dealer. The sales staff was very low pressure and polite, none of this in your face stuff and you must buy today! We did leave with an almost new car but were most statisfied with all of the very informative sales staff. We even had an "In-service" to learn about all the bells and whistles of our new Lexus. I felt much more confident driving the car than just a ten minute overview. I think my sales person is my new best friend! When I returned in a few days to have a broken lens repair, I had another wonderful experience with the service staff. I was met at the door of my car,escorted to the service person's office and then walked to a very posh waiting room, where I not only cheked my email but had lunch in their cafe. Over all, I would rated McGrath Lexus Westmont "excellent" across the board. More

I just had the best experience buying a new car. The customer service was amazing. My salesman Steve was the nicest and professional, most helpful, knowledgeable salesman I have ever encountered.
