We did not expect to make a deal with your agency when we walked in the door. Steve helped us with the process and helped us attain a fair price for our trade in and also helped explain everything we needed walked in the door. We still can not figure out how Steve was able to have the car we purchased come in to the dealership when we were in his office discussing the CT200,some type of magic.I might point out he sold us a RX350 this last October and this we felt was also a very fair deal for all of us. So Steve made it possible to make 2 sales to the same people in less than a year. He must be the best salesman in the industry. Thank you Steve for taking the time to make this deal come together. We also decided to finance this one because Mike Connery is always worth taking the time to talk to. What a great car buying experience! I purchased a GX470 yesterday. Mel was the primary reason why! Before visiting McGrath, I went to Lexus of Orland Park IL where no one bothered to acknowledge me or my h yesterday. Mel was the primary reason why! Before visiting McGrath, I went to Lexus of Orland Park IL where no one bothered to acknowledge me or my husband after we walked the lot and went into the showroom (approx 30 minutes without assistance), so we left and went to McGrath Westmont. As soon as we parked, Mel Owens (Sales Consultant)literally met us at the car with a smile asking "how may I help you". We instantly felt valued and the expereicne only got better from there. We shared the make/model we were interested in purchasing--Mel reviewed his inventory sheet--and showed us 4 SUVs that fit our pricepoint/mileage criteria. He then did a terrific job discussing the features/benefits, what we could expect for on-going service/warranty and at no time did we ever feel presured to buy. Mel even came in on his day off to make sure we were properly taken care of which speaks volumes Overall, we experienced outstanding customer service standards and I would definitely recommend McGrath to anyone who values "VIP" service.
