Very impressed by my overall experience - I wasn't expecting the quality of service I received, I was anticipating the typical car sal possibly had. My wife and came into the showroom looking around for her "Dream Car" and was met imediately by Rick. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us several options around the price we wanted. The folks in the service department are also friendly and efficient. When it came time to trade in our Volkswagon, the above are all the reasons we returned to McGrath and Anthony to buy its replacement. The economy has not been favorable to my profession. I was sure I'd get turned around and have to go to some B-rate dealership. That’s where McGrath, Julie, and the rest of the team (yes, even the dreaded finance guy. lol) really earned their keep in my book. They treated me with total respect and I'd say more than a bit of patience. It's not often that you see a top-notch dealership work as hard (actually multiple days) as they did for someone with a less than perfect situation. I'm definitely drinking the McGrath kool-aid (or water, that 13 different people offered me. lol). Needless to say, I'm in a car that I absolutely love. Thank you McGrath.
