This was the most efficient car buying experience we have ever had. I spoke with Bill the previous night by phone to give him the parameters of what we wanted and when we got there the next night (Thursday) ever had. We even changed our mind on the type of vehicle we wanted (twice) and he handled it with no problems, even when we finally decided on the original vehicles we came to see. We also had financing secured, but Frank was able to secure better financing with a significantly lower interest rate and warranties. We were only there for a short time from viewing to purchase, but they were both very patient and professional. We will definitely be back for our next purchase. More
