The sales people at McGrath Auto are amazing! They seem to truly care about the experience that their buyers have. The only suggestion I have to offer is a small one -- it seems like the process could to truly care about the experience that their buyers have. The only suggestion I have to offer is a small one -- it seems like the process could be shortened, without sacrificing the quality of the service. We spent more than 3 1/2 hours purchasing our new Kia. While commendable, that amount of time is a little too long for most people to endure.... Please let me know your thoughts -- thank you!! I needed to purchase a car, as my car was damaged by a driver running a red light. Needless to say, this was not a purchase we had been planning for a long time. However, our salesperson and the sales man driver running a red light. Needless to say, this was not a purchase we had been planning for a long time. However, our salesperson and the sales manager were helpful, friendly, and made our experience a very good one. We had great follow up after we purchased the car and so far, we are very pleased with our KIA. :>) More

Wyatt was extremely knowledgeable. He took us all the way around the car and showed us all the perks that come with owning a Kia. He even took the time to pair my phone with the car and help set the radio st around the car and showed us all the perks that come with owning a Kia. I have a have a special needs 15 year old son that grew too tall for my little 2011 Ford Fiesta... also the fact that he's gone through 3 hip surgeries. We needed something that would be easier for him to too tall for my little 2011 Ford Fiesta... also the fact that he's gone through 3 hip surgeries. We needed something that would be easier for him to get in and out of. I went to my bank and my loan officer gave me a limit of what I could spend. Next I went to the Kia dealership where I was greeted by Jon Kloss who listened to what I needed and what I could afford. Next thing I know where driving a Kia Soul. As soon as my son sat in it he was smiling and giggling! I loved how it drove and so roomy! It had everything on it that I wanted and more! Jon and all the nice folks at Kia worked with me to get this great vehicle and kept me UNDER budget!!! I think these people really care about their customers and believe in what they sell. I highly recommend this Kia dealership!! Thanks again!! More
