The people at McGrath were super friendly and eager to please. They were well dressed and knowledgable on cars. Were easy to deal with and gave details on the auto we were thinking of buying. We were shopping for an suv and started out with the larger GMC vehicle. We drove 7 or so vehicles and are very very satisfied with our salesman. He answered difficult questions from my difficult spousa larger GMC vehicle. We drove 7 or so vehicles and are very very satisfied with our salesman. He answered difficult questions from my difficult spousal unit. We ended up with the color of vehicle my husband liked and all of the options we were looking for. The salesman Ed had such a calming manorism in this stressful situation dealing with a couple who has been married for 30 years and nitpick everything. He must have a psych major. Anyway after 6 or seven hours we drove away happy happy happy. Thanks again marcia and steve More

Everyone was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions even getting back to us with answers they didn't have at the time. The entire experience was as close to a no pressure sale as I have ever been involved with. The test drive was pleasant and at no time did the conversation veer from the general discussion about the vehicl as I have ever been involved with.
