Overall Service I don't know why but every-time we bring the 2015 Fit in for service that is not an oil change, brakes or routine maintenance it seems as if we get th I don't know why but every-time we bring the 2015 Fit in for service that is not an oil change, brakes or routine maintenance it seems as if we get the "I don't think you know what your talking about" look. As an example, we had a problem with the electric push button start - my wife tried to explain it was the push button. All we got was that " we can't look at it unless it's replicated" - well if it works then it doesn't how do you replicate when you bring it in? That's why we bring it in because something is acting up or not working correctly. Now we have an issue with the dash board lights after the "push button" was fixed - again, can't do anything until it's replicated. She explained we have to bang on the dash to get it to work but that did not phase anybody. Both issues we looked up and there are Honda issues with the push button and with this dash light (NHTSA - 34 issues) - with this dash board issue we were over 300 miles from home without knowing our fuel level - kind of concerning so that's why we brought it in. Overall the staff is friendly, prices are in line and routine service is good - never had a call back but just can't seem to get someone to address the needs or acknowledge the issue when we bring it in which causes us to keep coming in for the same issue. More
