This is one of the lesser Honda Dealers I’ve visited. It took nearly an hour and a half to get a tire rotation/oil change and I was told of additional needed maintenance after all of this which took another took nearly an hour and a half to get a tire rotation/oil change and I was told of additional needed maintenance after all of this which took another hour and a half to complete. In total, I spent three hours in the waiting room. I will be traveling further to get service at a different Honda Dealership next time. More

Perhaps it’s a small thing to you but you continue to send email to Mark for service on our Pilot, Laurie is the primary driver, and email to Laurie about the Ridgeline, which is Mark’s primary vehicle. This seems so easy yet EVERY SINGLE TIME you get it wrong. Every single time. More
The McGrath Service Department is excellent. Our Service Advisor, Esteban, did an great job and was very professional. Always providing follow-up when promised. A known defective piston ring issue with 2013 Odysseys was the problem. When Esteban saw the high expense of the repair he immediately involved his manager and eventually, American Honda. American Honda thankfully agreed to cover part of the costs of repair, of which I am grateful. But due to the fact this is a known issue, the rings being defective, this is not a repair one would expect from a Honda product. Replacing piston rings at 75,000 miles, does not befit the high level of quality I have come to expect with this being my fifth Honda vehicle. I am very disappointed and my confidence is shaken with Honda. I have nothing but the highest regard for McGrath. More
