McGrath Honda of St Charles - Service Center

Last December, my husband and I purchased a CRV and Derek Hulke and Chris McGrath were the sales people we worked with. We have been so pleased with the vehicle, along with the service and expertise they pro Hulke and Chris McGrath were the sales people we worked with. We have been so pleased with the vehicle, along with the service and expertise they provided us when we purchased the CRV. On Monday 10-29-12, I drove to Costco in St Charles with my 2 year old granddaughter and when we came out the CRV wouldn't start. I called the service dept and they immediately sent a person to jump the vehicle and then I drove to the service dept in St Charles to have the battery checked. It was entirely my fault for running the car without it completely on (I won't do that again) while we were waiting for Costco to open. The service dept checked out the battery and everything was fine and I was on my way. I can't tell you enough how relieved I was to have the service dept assist me so quickly and thoroughly especially with a 2 year old in the car. Everyone was so helpful and I wanted to pass on my appreciation for the great service that is offered at McGrath Honda in St. Charles. More

I was even able to consult him prior to the purchase of our last car regarding the year of the van and what if anything we should be concerned with. He has driven Honda's himself and he believes in the Honda name. Thank you McGrath Honda for bringing back a true SERVICE ICON! St. Charles is so lucky to have him because "he has your back!"
