Long time customer - let down and disappointed Service time quoted as 1-2 days of work for after market seats and undercoating paid for when car was purchased took 11 days, had to call repeatedly Service time quoted as 1-2 days of work for after market seats and undercoating paid for when car was purchased took 11 days, had to call repeatedly for answers, car was returned dirty and after market seat covers are loose, crooked, and sloppy. Finishing panel was just thrown in back of car. Have been a faithful customer for 20+ years and have never had troubles like this. Returned to Honda to buy this car because I had always had good experiences with sales and service. So disappointed with this experience. My appreciation to George in sales who was only responsive employee. If not for him, I would still be waiting. More
