Took Impeccable care of the customer! Needed fuel injectors replaced on Pilot- Service center called Honda got them to honor a lower price (since out of mfg warranty by 3k miles) then the Needed fuel injectors replaced on Pilot- Service center called Honda got them to honor a lower price (since out of mfg warranty by 3k miles) then the dealer covered the rest of the repair! Zach did a great job answering all my questions/concerns, got things figured out fast, car was repaired in 4 hours... all of this took place in the same day. He made sure everything was taken care of and I was happy. I have worked with CJ before in the service center - very approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Always a great experience! Brent worked out the dealership portion of the repair. Felt like my concerns were a priority! He came up to me after the repair was done to introduce himself and ask if all was taken care of.
