The experience was a very positive one! I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, which was not a problem. The service manager estimated that the length of the appointment might be as l I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, which was not a problem. The service manager estimated that the length of the appointment might be as long as 90-100 minutes, because I chose to have a warranty issue taken care of as well. normal service I was in for routine oil change, tire rotation etc. I waited for about ten minutes before i was approached and then was told my wait time would be ab I was in for routine oil change, tire rotation etc. I waited for about ten minutes before i was approached and then was told my wait time would be about an hour. It was over an hour and a half. The service member that I worked with was friendly and updated a couple of times on the process. More
