From the moment you walk in you are treated like a dumbo nad service rep keep on upselling you. They don't listen to what are the issue you are facing. When I complained I got a email signed as Service Manager and sent by the same person who I am complaining about. This shows absolutely the seriousness of the company towards customers. More
Their Service Center is incompetent. I brought my car in due to low tire pressure and the service center found punctures that they patched. A couple days later the same two tires were co I brought my car in due to low tire pressure and the service center found punctures that they patched. A couple days later the same two tires were completely flat again (while sitting in my garage). I brought it back and Honda claimed that it was not their fault so they would not refund the failed service. They told me they didn’t know where the leak came from and recommended new tires. I did not otherwise need new tires but they told me this would fix the issue of the leak. Again, a couple days after the tires were all replaced, another $1000 later, 2 tires were leaking again. Honda has failed over and over again to properly diagnose and resolve the issue but continue to charge me for their “fixes”. I now cannot drive my car, and am down $1200 with no resolution. Do not bring your car to this service center. I will not be buying from Honda again More

My advice to you is to not buy a vehicle from this dealership. I recently purchased an older model Jeep and 2 days after getting it home it had starting issues. We literally had to have it towed out o dealership. I recently purchased an older model Jeep and 2 days after getting it home it had starting issues. We literally had to have it towed out of our garage the next week. I fully knew we would be taking a risk buying a 2007 vehicle but not 2 days later. The dealership did not do anything to help us. They claimed they could not find the problem other than a fuse after keeping it a week. We got an expensive tow bill to pay as they would only comp us for the fuse. We got it home and it immediately started doing the problem we had it serviced for. The problem they "said" they couldn't replicate. I am so incredibly disappointed. I have wanted a Jeep for over 20 years and unfortunately had to look at the older ones to be able to afford one. I bought this vehicle by myself and was talked into putting $2000 down of my savings into this $16,000 vehicle only to have it fail 2 days later. And then end up with a $200 tow bill 2 weeks later. If this was months out from the purchase I would feel differently. They want to sell cars and wipe their hands after that. So sad. I feel duped and they stood up to the sleazy car dealership reputation that is out there. The listing on the vehicle was also not advertised accurately. I drove over an hour from my home to go see it. It claimed the vehicle had no damage (a back bumper had a large, severe dent) would come with a hard and soft top (it only had the hard top) all interior mats (it had none) and stated nothing about a busted fog light. Even after all of the cosmetic inaccuracies, I decided to buy the vehicle and replace that ourselves. My dealer flat out told me they copy and paste descriptions. I should have known better by that point. My stupid mistake. I was also given 1 page out of 9 pages of the 3 month warranty I would receive for "big" stuff they would cover. I honestly think they left that out intentionally and had to go back and have it printed out in its entirety. The fun of a Jeep is taking the top and doors off. All 4 doors are seized and will not come off. They will not help with this. Again, cosmetic and we can have it done elsewhere, but very disappointing that they want nothing to do with you after you purchase a vehicle. Beware! More

I took my Honda Odyssey for door repair, after waiting for 3 hours they informed me they don't have parts and kept my van for 2 days. Honda Dealer. I have quoted for same service with another Honda Dealership and it was quoted to me for $480 with taxes and this dealership charged $675. Don't be fooled by their service coupon. Strongly recommend to check your vehicle service price with other Honda Dealer this dealership is very expensive. More
Moses Brima did a good job helping us pinpoint & find a vehicle. George from finance helped us in making sure we got what we needed done on our pre-owned vehicle including meeting halfway within our budget vehicle. Sidney was the closer in our finalizing stage of getting the car. He patiently explained things to us when we asked clarifying questions. Alex from service also came in and explained what would need to be done in the future for our Honda to stay mechanically healthy. Overall did not expect to get a car on our first stop of the day. Found a reliable Honda, and content with purchase. Better experience at McGrath Honda of St. Charles than when my wife and I went to the Honda dealership in Schaumburg the day before. Not looking for another car anytime soon, but if and when I do; I will go to McGrath Honda in St. Charles first. I only gave 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. Also appreciated seeing the first generation Honda in the showroom. More
