His level of service and attention to the customer's need is unmatched. I have been purchasing parts from Elmhurst prior to Stan taking over for Curt Aigner. Even when we first started doing business together, he treated me as if I was his only customer, and that has not changed since. Over the years Stan has become more of a friend than parts manager in my opinion, and have gotten to know him on more of a personal level. This is difficult for most Part Managers to obtain due to work load, time constraints, other priorities ect, but Stan seems to make it look easy. Tommy was the first service rep I dealt with and still rely on him whenever I go there--he is amazing! Over the years I've also dealt with most all of the other team members and they are just as wonderful. It doesn't really matter who takes cares of you at Elmhurst--'cause they ALL "take care of you." If I've ever had an issue to be dealt with, they do so professionally and quickly. I trust the service team completely.
