It's a great car for the price. We discussed hybrids; Corrollas, and Venzas. The service department has been a great experience. All service appointments were "on-time" with the work being completed within the specified time frame. Throughout the "acceleration/sticking gas pedal" debacle they were proactive on taking care of any recall concerns. More

Tommy Mulak, in my opinion, is really good in the service department...I trust him to tell me what needs to be done when it comes to repairs and service and to work with me on getting the important things do department...I trust him to tell me what needs to be done when it comes to repairs and service and to work with me on getting the important things done first (when I can't do them all at once.) He follows up by making appointments to fix the other things in a timely way, based on my budget. He is extremely courteous and pleasant and he always looks like he really enjoys his work. He is the main reason I come back to Elmhurst Toyota for my repairs and service...I know that Tommy keeps an eye on his team and that they work really well together...nice to see this! Durring my 3 month oil change on my new 2011 Sienna. Tom Maulk in service was walking around my car and saw that my tire was defective and I could have had a blow out at any time. We brought my mother's car in because it was damaged in a recent flood. Casey Lewis was assigned as our service contact. He is wonderful! It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Casey.
