I must say, for this to be my first car-buying experience, it was definitely great. I was nervous going in, not knowing what to expect, but Tomas (my salesman) made the experience as painless and experience, it was definitely great. I was nervous going in, not knowing what to expect, but Tomas (my salesman) made the experience as painless and somewhat exciting. He was very informative of the car I wanted to buy, and made the test-driving experience very comfortable. When it came to pricing, he made it clear about costs, and he went over and beyond when it came to calculating “what-if” situations such as a 5-year vs. a 6-year plan. During this experience, I felt no pressure to hurry the process; both Todd and Tomas did an excellent job in being patient when I was making my decisions and explaining each and every option I had. Also, not only did they treat me very well, but also extended that same courtesy to my family who came along for the journey. In the end, I feel that if I have any questions or concerns that Tomas will be able to genuinely help like he did the day I bought my car. Toyota is a very established name already, and it’s great to have excellent employees who hold them to their high standards. More
After searching for months for the 22" TRD wheels for a Toyota Tundra all over the US, only to be told that it had to be installed on the truck from the factory. Curt was able to deliver!!! Anyone who is familiar with these wheels knows how difficult it is to get them. I live in metro Atlanta and talked to over 7 dealerships here and many more throughout the US an could not get these wheels. I even called TRD in California to see if there was a way and no luck. I don't know how he did it, but Curt did it and it is Christmas in May for me. Curt provided excellent communication through the whole process. He updated me when he said he would and discounted the price to cover the shipping from Chicago to Atlanta. I appreciate Curt going the extra mile to service me (the customer). Thanks again. More

I came in for an update on recalls, tire pressure light malfunction, and an issue with the CD player on my RAV4. The location of Elmhurst Toyota is very convenient and close to where I live. What I found to be very refreshing and genuine was the service I received from Pawel Dziura in the service department. He not only helped with the issues, but also gave me some basics on understanding the AWD locking buttons and set up the blutooth system. I was ecstatic and so appreciative. Went to another dealer with "Tire Inflation Warning Light" on. They told me tire had a nail in it and was not repairable. Then they tried to sell me over $500 worth of new tires. Went to Elmhurst To Light" on. They told me tire had a nail in it and was not repairable. Then they tried to sell me over $500 worth of new tires. Went to Elmhurst Toyota for a 2nd opinion. Pawel explained to me why it WAS repairable, and took care of me. I appreciate not being taken advantage of and feeling like I can trust a mechanic. I will be back. More
There are six dealers in Southeast WI that I could use when I need parts, however I contact Elmhurst due to the expertise that Curt provides. His advice and know-how is outstanding - he offers tips and tricks on jobs to make them much easier for the customer doing general maintenance at home. More

I was experiencing difficulty closing the rear driver's side passenger door. We always take our Avalon to Elmhurst Toyota for service, but this problem occurred in the parking lot of Mariano's grocery stor side passenger door. We always take our Avalon to Elmhurst Toyota for service, but this problem occurred in the parking lot of Mariano's grocery store in Vernon Hills, Illinois. Two men from Mariano's tried to solve the problem without success.It was taped with Duct Tape, so I could safely drive to Elmhurst Toyota. When I drove into the service department, Joe Sturgeon and Terry Lewis were quickly able to repair the latch, so it would close properly. They even removed the adhesive left by the duct tape. I truly appreciate their kindness and expertise. Thank you sooo much guys! More

Today I just found out that they were also impressed with the dealership and bought their daughter a pre-owned Subaru to take back to college.
