I walked into Autobarn City Mazda yesterday and had an absolutely INCREDIBLE experience thanks to the following specific people: - Brian: the EXCEL I walked into Autobarn City Mazda yesterday and had an absolutely INCREDIBLE experience thanks to the following specific people: - Brian: the EXCELLENT sales manager who welcomed me into his store with a big smile, when he opened it right away in the morning! He made sure I was promptly taken care of right away to get my new vehicle!! - Marlena: She is an EXCELLENT sales representative who made sure I was told about all of the details of the new vehicle I was buying and helped answer all of my questions!! Many car sales people pressure you to buy things but Marlena was very professional and displayed excellent customer service!! - Ali Bilal: He is an EXCELLENT finance manager who ensured to help explain in a lot of detail and very clearly to me on where I'm spending, what additional services to get, and how those services will be worthwhile for me and my family for our new vehicle (For example the GAP offering)!! - Louis: Again, he is also an EXCELLENT representative at this store! He told me that they also call him 'Angel' at the store. An angel he truly was in the final help he did to help fix the car seat into my new SUV after I purchased it!! Fantastic! My respect for Mazda as a car company has increased IMMENSELY due to the INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I experienced yesterday at Auto Barn City Mazda thanks to Brian, Marlena, Ali Bilal and Louis!!! Each of them deserve raises ASAP!! Mazda is an amazing vehicle and my previous car was a Mazda as well! I was so happy that I decided to get Mazda again!! What's even amazing is that they offer 0% APR which very few car companies are doing lately! Thank you Brian, Marlena, Ali Bilal and Louis for an amazing experience purchasing my new Mazda vehicle!!! If you are looking to buy a Mazda vehicle in Chicago, without a doubt, the best and most customer friendly place to do so would be to purchase it from Autobarn City Mazda!!!!! More
