Not only did they fix the obvious problems with the car (check engine light and a funny engine noise), but they noticed things we didn't and fixed those as well. All this was AFTER the purchase when they could have washed their hands of the problem. And considering this is a Jeep, not a Mazda, they really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Buying A Car As It Should Be I knew I was going to buy a Mazda 6 the moment I first saw it at the Chicago Auto Show in 2014. The timing didn't work out until March of 2018 however I knew I was going to buy a Mazda 6 the moment I first saw it at the Chicago Auto Show in 2014. The timing didn't work out until March of 2018 however. Mazda announced the 6-speed manual transmission would no longer be available in the Touring model for 2018 so I knew I had to act quickly. Brian found me a 2017.5 at an out-of-market dealer, but managed to get it for me very quickly. He was easy to work with, did not use undue pressure and made the whole experience positive, as did everyone with whom I came in contact at the dealer. I've had the car ten months, and have not had a single problem. I absolutely love everything about the car from the handling to the ergonomics to the insane number of details the designers must have anguished over. It is truly a remarkably well designed and executed car. I can't say enough positive things about the whole buying/owning experience. It echoes the terrific experiences I had with my '84, '87 and '91 626s and the '93 Miata I still have. These are superstars without the high price of admission. More
