Gabe greeted us and he was very nice and extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Mazda. He has a lot of passion for cars and knows everything about the Mazda 3 inside and out (probably all the vehicles but we were only interested in the 3). Gabe was just awesome, he came in on his day off to make sure the sale of the vehicle went smoothly and to give us a detailed, in-depth personal tutorial on the Mazda 3! While we were looking at the vehicle the service manager came by and spoke with us, he too has a passion for cars and was very comfortable to talk to. Everyone we met was very open about Mazda and the vehicle and did not try and hide anything. We also worked with Brian and Carl, they too were very nice to deal with. I really felt that they treated us like family. More
Way above and beyond what was expected I drove in and was immediately greeted by Justine. I described my problem to her in as much detail as I could. Luckily for me Justine was patient and listened to everything I said without interruption (thanks Justine). A few minutes later, Jerry went on a test drive with me to better understand my problem (again thanks for that Jerry). I felt like I left my car in capable/good hands so right-off-the-bat it was 5 star service. Later that day Justine called/emailed/texted me the diagnosis and we were able to agree and proceed with repairs. Also spoke with Tommy a few times, he was very helpful, a good guy. I wound up getting a loaner vehicle (thanks Barry) until repairs were complete, everything went well there. Two days later I returned the loaner vehicle and picked up my ride. Barry came out again to ensure everything went well, we spoke for a good length of time which made me feel important (was cool). Afterwards I left and no problems since. Thanks to you all for the help in getting my CX-5 back up and running you guys and gals deserve a raise for doing a good job. -Carlos Ramos More

WORST..!!!!!!!!! MAZDA Service Center ever In my car, it was an AC cooling problem and to fix it the actual cost was something around 23$ but the service folks team (mainly that Chinese/Japanes In my car, it was an AC cooling problem and to fix it the actual cost was something around 23$ but the service folks team (mainly that Chinese/Japanese guy with a ponytail ) lotted like anything. They charge me total of 253$. They said 140$ is labour/hour. I was like xxxxing why I am an IT engineer, I should be a mechanic who is earning 140$/hour just for disorganize the issue and they took around more than 5 hours of my day for fixing it. I would never ever come over here for the service plus I am gonna post this reviews everywhere so that you guys can learn not to loot someone as he/she doesn't have the knowledge of the domain. If you really think you want me as a customer to be happy please return my half money back and change your looting policy or this mechanics who are involved in looting activity. More

Justine provided an exellent customer experience Justine was kind, knowledgeable and patient before, during and after my visit. She made sure my transportation arrangements were taken care off and Justine was kind, knowledgeable and patient before, during and after my visit. For tire rotation, or and other word they move my front tires to the rear , and rear to the front and labor ???? $ 72, In total I paid for change oil 132.41 total, and I really I don’t think it is correct,. As a customer, I feel that what they did was charge just a lot, to change the oil in my car, and obviously I do not feel happy, at all. You would expect the loaner to be presentable for the customer as that may be their next purchase. More
