He was very kind and listened to which vehicle I was interested in test driving. Dennis answered many of my questions with confidence and enthusiasm, even the small ones which seemed like common sense. I told Dennis my budget and he did the best he could to stay in the budget, without making sacrifices on the vehicle I preferred. Within minutes of coming in and speaking with him, he showed me the vehicle which was the same model and trim while he prepared a car for test driving. I asked if he'd accompany me for test driving so I could ask more questions, once again he attentively listened and answered everything in a positive demeanor. I loved the test drive and began the paper work, which was a big lengthy, however, understandable. There were no hidden fees, Dennis was very up front about price and explained the papers I was signing. After the paperwork, I paid, and was handed the keys to my new vehicle. I received copies of everything I signed and the financial representative told me my next steps regarding vehicle sticker and when I should receive the title in the mail (hasn't come yet though). It was a very smooth transition and nice experience. There were no hidden fees and most importantly no pushy sales tactics into upgrading trims or packages. I felt like a valued customer. More
Miscommunication and Rude Behavior I spent upwards of an extra two hours at the dealership due to a miscommunication with the dealer and the garage crew who were supposed to clean the c I spent upwards of an extra two hours at the dealership due to a miscommunication with the dealer and the garage crew who were supposed to clean the car before we left. There were hidden fees that "had" to be payed that are not advertised anywhere. The dealer I spent time with seemed to be completely unaware of what was going on in regards to selling the car. For example, they had to go ask there manager what the tax was on the car after bringing me the bill for the purchase. They were also insistent on me emailing my insurance and then when I finally did, they had seemingly forgot they had even asked me to do so. When talking to finance, the person who I was working with called my bank to verify my loan and they cursed out the operator at my bank when they could not give immediate information. Overall, this was a dreadful car purchasing experience and I will not be returning in the future. More

Poor follow up My fiance and I went in knowing what we were going to purchase. All we had to do was go over the finances. When we completed the car purchase, our sales associate told us he would follow up with us regarding the remote start. The sales associate did not reach out when he said he would. I was the one that had to call him. When he did answer and said he would call me back, he did not call me back. This happened at least twice. I called him on multiple occasions to try and verify details about someone coming to pick up the vehicle and what time that would be at. He did not call us to say what time the car was going to be dropped off. I happened to be home when a person came to drop off the car. More
