I took my SUV in for a 60,000 mile service maintenance. I had 7:15am appointment, that was suppose to be approximately 2hrs. I expe cted it to be around 3hrs. Instead it took over 5hrs. In October 2021 I was had 7:15am appointment, that was suppose to be approximately 2hrs. I expe cted it to be around 3hrs. Instead it took over 5hrs. In October 2021 I was told the sevice would be $200+. After I signed in I was told it would be $500 without tax. I get in my car to drive home and had to immediately turn around and go back to the dealership because my check engine light was on and my car was missing like it was going to cut off. The service guy took my car back to the tech and came back and told me that this was normal. The fluids they use has to work it's way through the system. By the time I get home (1hr), all should be right. Well the problem existed all the way home and 2hrs later. I drove my SUV to the dealership in perfect condition, for them only to return it to me in bad condition. The whole day at McGrath Hyundai was the worst I have ever experienced as a vehicle. I'm prepared to take whatever steps necessary to make sure my vehicle is put back into perfect condition, as it was before they serviced it. After today, I will never purchase another Hyundai vehicle. Their quality of service continues to deteriorate. More

Recent visit just ok. Didn’t replace rear wiper blade until I reminded them about it. Not updated on vehicle status. Work took longer than I expected. There were other customers who arrived later than I did and left before my vehicle was ready. Had to request to review work paperwork/bill to ensure accuracy before agreeing to final payment. Service quality here seems to have slipped a little bit since my last visit in July 2021. Did provide a quick courtesy wash of my vehicle that I didn’t have to ask for. More
Horrible experience. Waited close to 6 hours to only get an oil change. No dealers should ever over book to just get their money and have customers just wait. I have never waited that long for just an oil change. Waiting room was under construction. They said no loaner cars are available but over heard them offer one to another customer for a loaner which their car was not able to done that day. More
Took my car in for service and Had a bad experience in the past but after getting the service manager involved, everything worked out. He made sure the customer was and stayed satisfied even after whatever issue. If you ever need further help and feel like everything is going wrong with your service, talk to Chris. I’ve bought 2 new cars from this dealership in the past and the service was ok. I decided to go to another great dealership ( LEADERS HYUNDAI ) because it’s nicer with better service and people are more pr and the service was ok. I couldn’t get a appointment for oil service so I decided to come to McGrath. This happened Nov 2021. At the time of service the gentleman told me I needed break pads because they were really bad. I decided to have the work done. They gentleman comes back saying they were out of stock.. lol unbelievable he told me he can order them and I can come back. I said ok. Here is when it get crazy. I paid for my service and when I left I check the invoice ( I should’ve checked it at the dealership) and noticed I was charged $100 for the order. I didn’t approve or agreed to that and wasn’t told I would be charged. Weeks later I haven’t heard from the dealer saying the pads came in, at this point they stole my money. I email the General Manager and he said he would look into and he did and I appreciated that. Now I’m playing phone tag with a young lady named Yancy. She started nice and professional but in the end with a xxxxxxxx Artist like the rest. Ignored next, the refund I’m suppose to ge getting I haven’t received. Then I get a email from there service dept saying I said no to a break flush they recommend. THATS A LIE!! I was never told I needed a break flush. People be careful this dealership is full of crap and unprofessional. I took my car to a break specialist and he told me my breaks were fine And why the dealer said I need new pads was unbelievable. Get 2nd opinions people this dealer are unprofessional and unethical. More

Horrible service, 2nd time. Will never go back to this dealership. I made an appointment for routine service oil change for 11am. I was there at 11, pulled the car in and was quoted about 2 hours to do dealership. I made an appointment for routine service oil change for 11am. I was there at 11, pulled the car in and was quoted about 2 hours to do the service (they quoted me the same time on the phone) I checked in at 1:30 to see the progress as they had not started service and I could see my car sitting there and was assured I was next in line and that 35ish minutes tops to complete. At 2 oclock they had not even started the car and I had to leave. The service advisor Megan apologized and said they were busy. They scheduled the time, not me. I don't think it's crazy to think that they would at least start the car 2 hours after the appointment time. First time I used this dealership the valet smoked in my car, second time 2 hours in their waiting room for nothing. Never again with this place. More
