Horrible service went in for oil change @ 10:25 left at 1: 50 WHY???? I was told it would be 2 hours ( also to long for a simple oil change) but o.k. I'm here now, BUT over 3 hours...TO MANY CUSTOMERS IN 1: 50 WHY???? I was told it would be 2 hours ( also to long for a simple oil change) but o.k. I'm here now, BUT over 3 hours...TO MANY CUSTOMERS IN WAITING AREA, not able to do SOCIAL DISTANCE, 2nd waiting areea FREEZING COLD, if you don't go out to check on your car no one is communicating with you on the status or how much longer it will take...WISH I COULD RATE ZERO 1 STAR IS TO GOOD.
