After waiting 3 hrs, they started to work on my car. Total of 5 hrs I waited. Not acceptable. Went in for a tune up and a recall fixed. They didn’t even inform me they had not looked at my car until Total of 5 hrs I waited. Not acceptable. Went in for a tune up and a recall fixed. They didn’t even inform me they had not looked at my car until I asked if they forgot me. Had an appointment at 1:30. Was told 1 1/2 hrs tops. After 3 hrs I asked if there was a problem as at least 25 customers had come in after me and left with fixed car. Was told no one knew how to do my recall and they had been waiting for mechanic who could do it to show up. Then said my car was up next… at 4:30! Instead of doing my tuneup at my appointment time, they let me sit until he showed up. He wrote on the form my car went in much earlier. That is wrong. They finished at 6:20. I paid and was given my car at 6:30. I appreciated the discount for how they handled my visit, but my time was worth more. When they realized my car wasn’t going to go in, they should have told me so I could have used their shuttle and gone home for 5 hrs. I didn’t even get the free car wash because no workers were there to do it. They always do excellent work, but how they managed me as a returning client was terrible. I left in tears as I felt like a stupid old lady who let them do this to me. My husband would have walked out after learning they hadn’t even looked at the car after waiting for 3 hrs. Rome, the manager who checked me in needs to pay attention to his customers, and care a little more. He was very nice and polite, but no common sense. Not sure I’ll be back here. If my memory serves me correctly, the last tune up there I left annoyed because it took much longer than expected because someone called in sick. I never dreamed I’d ever have to sit for 5 hrs. I have always had an appointment a week in advance so they knew what my appointment was for. My car is good as new now, but McGrath City Hyundai gets an F in the service department this tune up. More

Selecting 1 star is not even what I wanted to select. Place is horrible. Rep doesnt know how to email or call back when you have questions. I've had nissan and when my vehicle was in they had no loaner but gave me a salespersons demo so I can use. Never going to hmget a hyundai. After getting motor replaced and getting the vehicle back they said they test drove it. Turns out they just went around the block because the work order showed the mileage when it went in and the mileage when they gave it to me and it was just 1 mile difference. I was probably going to the next mile when I turned it in. I noticed it and I told them and they just took it around the block again. They were supposed to check my rear brake light and they said they did and when I get home after getting the truck I get the message about the rear brake light again. Called the Rep and he said he will get back to me and 2 days later still no call. Like I said they transfer you to a manager and you get their voicemail but they never call back More
