You are greeted the moment you pull up to the service doors. While the staff at McGrath are taking care of you, you have there undivided attention, this is very important. Christine and Shelly made sure doors. While the staff at McGrath are taking care of you, you have there undivided attention, this is very important. Christine and Shelly made sure that I was comfortable in explaining my situation so that I would receive the service I thought I needed. I was walked to the customer waiting area and was shown where the complimentary coffee was located and told the amount of time that I would be waiting. My vehicle wash washed before it went for service(without my having to ask, nothing better than driving a clean car!!!) Upon completion of my servive Christine came and got me from the waiting room and explained what was done with the car and the balance what was due and why. The time I was there was less than I was told. All in all, as much as waiting could be, McGrath and the staff make you feel as comfortable as possible while there!!! More

Christine in the service department is the best. I would highly recommend dealing with her. She was so pleasant to deal with, she explained everything thoroughly and would go back to deal with her for sure. highly recommend dealing with her. I can't speak for the rest of the service group though. More

I would definitely recommend McGrath City Hyundai. They do good work and get it done in a timely manner. Very friendly staff! They have fixed my car twice after getting my oil changed elsewhere, now I will do good work and get it done in a timely manner. Very friendly staff! Service Manager, Ed Villegas is a tremendous asset to McGrath Hyundai. I took my car in on 10/10/11 to get an Environmental Protection treatment completed. Christine was great! She took care of me right away and within moments I had a rental for the day. My car was comp Protection treatment completed. Christine was great! She took care of me right away and within moments I had a rental for the day. My car was completed about an hour earlier than expected. I have no complaints and will definitely use McGrath for future service visits. It was very enjoyable working with Christine and the others. During the end of August/beginning of September I visited the dealership service area to have my car (Hyundai Sonata)checked. I spoke with Mr. Shelly Williams who responded to me quickly and informed me tha the dealership service area to have my car (Hyundai Sonata)checked. I spoke with Mr. Shelly Williams who responded to me quickly and informed me that I needed rear brake service. The price quoted for the service was reasonable. Mr. Williams also made me aware of the future needs for my vehicle. There was a slight problem with the vehicle but Mr. Williams addressed the problem and my vehicle was ready for me to pickup. I am pleased with the way that Mr. Williams handled the problem as well as the rear brake service that was performed. I was very impressed by the customer service at McGrath. I had not been to this dealership before today, having just moved to the area. They were able to get my car in within 1/2 hour to diagnose the proble I had not been to this dealership before today, having just moved to the area. They were able to get my car in within 1/2 hour to diagnose the problem and then fixed the issue (new battery) in a little over an hour. Shelly Williams was prompt with the diagnosis, quoted me the price, and was very gracious. I was frustrated to have to bring my car in after having been without it for 5 weeks getting some body work done. Shelly assured me that the work would be done promptly and it was! McGrath has secured my business from now on. Thanks so much! More
