I had brought in my car to have the Environmental Protection Package applied. They noticed on the initial inspection that I had badly scuffed up one of my rims on a curb and said that they also had Protection Package applied. They noticed on the initial inspection that I had badly scuffed up one of my rims on a curb and said that they also had the company they use to refinish rims coming in to repair a rim for a different customer and asked if I would like him to take a look at mine. I agreed and said to call me with a price. They didn't have any loaner cars left in their pool so they called Enterprise and set up a rental for the day which they paid for. While waiting for Enterprise to come and pick me up, they told me the price to have the rim refinished which I thought was more than fair compared to the cost of the rim. I was called later that day that the EPP was applied and the rim was repaired. The rim looked like new and the car was spotless and shining like the day I drove it off the lot. Fantastic Job. More

I called the dealership and I had an issue with my 2010 Hyundai Sonata GLS. My Car would not start and I had it towed to Mcgrath Hyundai on 1/9/12. I called the dealership and Christine was very friendly and accommadating,she made sure my car was serviced in an efficient and timely manner. She called me several times to update me and also worked to get me a loaner car the same day. My Car needed a new starter and was ready at 10:00 A:M the following morning. I came away very impressed with the service department at Mcgrath Hyundai. More

I did have a bad experience with a sales person Kissy last year and I was not going to return to Mcgrath!I was told that Kissy was no longer with the company and decided to give Mcgrath another chance and now I'm very glad I did. With Christine and Ed's honesty, knowledge,professionalism and courtesy, they are definitely an asset to Mcgrath and I will continue purchasing and recommending Mcgrath to friends and family. Wow! These guys are the best around town when it comes to customer service! I am always there and I'm sure they can be annoyed by me always coming around, I'm always bringing around the two sonatas, a 2011 S customer service! I am always there and I'm sure they can be annoyed by me always coming around, I'm always bringing around the two sonatas, a 2011 Sonata Hybrid and a 2012 Sonata SE both silver by the way, so this gives you a better idea of who I am. You guys are the best, no other dealership has come to being as close to you guys when it comes to customer service, my car always leaves cleaner than when I first bring it in for let's say an oil change, warranty work, car wash, or whatever. I would totally recommend these guys because they know what they are doing, them and the whole crew. Because of your great customer services, I've been recommending people to you guys for service.
