So this was a great & interesting experience! I took my car for it's typical oil change 8/4 of course I arrive & the service dept friendly as ever. So just to kill time I went and set with Dave Glass discuss some possible options for a new car. Well I must say the McGrath team is awesome. Dave and I went and test drove a 2013 Sonata (already was the owner of a 2011 Sonata) purchased at McGrath in May 2011. Honestly just weighing my options a little afraid of upgrading worried about much higher car note and tacked on interest! Well I'll be honest I can be hard & difficult at times when it comes to my money...Dave started the ball rolling getting appraisals & running numbers. Now I never make a car decision w/o my dad who was not with me by the way. I already knew Dave was going to make the deal to good to be true & hard to walk away from so I called re-inforcment in my aunt a true #'s lady I was still leary so Dave pulled his re-inforcment out JODY! What a guy funny, personable & well rounded. After further discussion playn with #'s and some of my own negotiating I was purchasing a 2013 Sonata. With a much better interest rate and getting features I wanted for the new car! So as a 2nd time buyer from McGrath Hyundai I thank you Dave Glass, Jody and Ed. More

I always receive efficient, friendly service from McGrath. This time I needed two ignition coils replaced in addition to my car's scheduled maintenance. When I was told that my warranty wouldn't McGrath. This time I needed two ignition coils replaced in addition to my car's scheduled maintenance. When I was told that my warranty wouldn't cover the repairs, I said I thought they were mistaken. While I was checking my paperwork at home, they did their research, called the warranty people and corrected their computer records. Within minutes, I had a call from Christine telling me that my warranty would, in fact, pay for my repairs and they had updated their records to assure that there would be no more misunderstanding. Of all the dealerships I've used, McGrath Hyundai is the one that treats me best. More

Everytime I go to McGrath, the service gets better and better. I made an appointment for an oil change,and I was promised that I would be out of the service department in a very short amount of time and t better. I made an appointment for an oil change,and I was promised that I would be out of the service department in a very short amount of time and they were definitely right.Short wait, service is excellent,friendliness is overwhelming, everyone makes you feel like you definitely want to come back. The overall experience is awesome!!! I have dealt with Christine, Ed,Kevin,Nick and Danny and you could'nt get a better group then this. Thanks McGrath for always having a hands on team. I bought a used 2005 Hyundai Elantra from used car dealer. It seems that the battery was going bad, which really messed with my factory installed alarm system. After first taking it to Sears (I had dealer. It seems that the battery was going bad, which really messed with my factory installed alarm system. After first taking it to Sears (I had to have it towed), they couldn't help me test it, because they didn't know how to bypass the alarm. The car was evidently completely disabled and no once seemed to be able to help me figure out what to do with my car. I guess it makes a huge difference whether the alarm is factory installed or installed after market. I called McGrath City Hyundai and spoke to Christine on the phone. She told me to bring the car in because they could bypass the (factory install)alarm and do a diagnostic. She explained that the diagnostic would cost $120 but would count toward repairs. I had to have it towed there, but once they had my car, they were able to bypass the alarm and determine that it was the battery afterall. When I came to pick up my car, Christine was especially helpful to me again. Despite the fact that the service department had already closed, she was able to get me taken care of and on my way quickly. If you have to take your car in, ask for Christine! More
