Service at McGrath is always great! I was about 20 minutes late on Friday to pick up my vehicle due to traffic and she waited for me and didn't rush me through the pick-up process or the explanation of how to work my new remote. More

I purchased a preowned Tucson from McGrath City Hyundai; my experience with the staff could have never been better especially with Christine. My Tuscon had some minor marks/scratches on the paint, which my my experience with the staff could have never been better especially with Christine. My Tuscon had some minor marks/scratches on the paint, which my sales person told me to make an appointment, and it would be taken care of. I didnt get it in writing. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was referred to Christine; she retrieved my information and stated that it was not written down on any paper work. But ask me to come in and she would see what she could do. I took my car in and she told me she would do her best to have the marks taken care, and would call me the following week to schedule an appointment. NO HASSEL whatsoever as to we can't, the car is preowned, we can't do the work, it's as is and you should have gotten it in writing. None of those words were stated to me. The appointment was scheduled and the work was performed to my upmost satisfaction. She is such a wonderful pleasant person to work with. Christine has a very good attitude when dealing with customers. She is a person of her word. I don't believe I would have received the professionalism or courtesy at any other dealership as McGrath. I received a follow up call from staff and also from Christine to find out if I was okay with the work performed. That was a call I wasn't expecting.
