Horrible customer service Brought my car in for a scheduled service. I was told it would take 2.5 hours. Well now Id's going to take another 2. There was no communication with them. They should have given me a loaner car, right off the bat. If you ask them a question it takes them an hour to get back to you with an answer. Never bring you 2 year old with you because you never know how long you will be there. More

A naive 25-year-old female's word When I first purchased my car, everything went incredibly well. I was satisfied with my service and really happy with my new car. Until I had to have maintenance completed with McGrath... Long story short, they had to replace my front tires and supposedly put them on the front, but in actuality they placed them on the back. My back tires had a dot code that was manufactured after I purchased the car. Clearly, they were newer. When I came back, it was my word against theirs. There's no documentation of tire codes and which wheels received which code. Hence, it was again, my word against theirs. On top of that, I tried calling the service manager 5x and she never returned my calls. I had to contact the GM instead, which then I received some sort of service. When I came in, the service manager stated that I must of had them rotated and there is no reason why they'd put them on the back. She assured me that they are "ethically sound." While you can believe their word or mine, I firmly will state I will NEVER return here for maintenance or to buy a car from McGrath. And I will NEVER advice anyone to do so. Now I wasn't expecting to be told of services t On 1/12/16, I took my SUV in for an oil change and was informed I needed several other services done. Now I wasn't expecting to be told of services that wasn't in my budget. Once Mark and Eddie explained the services needed, and since I didn't have any of the services done, since I had the SUV, I agreed. Mark and Eddie were able to find coupons to help with the expense. I was also offered a loaner due to having to leave my vehicle overnight. I went the next day to pick up my vehicle and was given a free car wash coupon by Eddie, since he wasn't able to have my vehicle washed due to the cold weather. The staff at McGrath service department are a team. Every time I come there I get the Royal treatment. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys. I was also able to see Erin and Christine while I was there, very nice people. Sorry for the delay guys, I didn't forget about you. More
Vile, despicable, repulsive dealership I have unsubscribed from their email marketing yet they continue to send me emails as well as snail mail. More of an organization thing. More

Good Experience Until Now I bought a 2013 Sonata new and the sales process was professional and straight forward. No complaints. I have had all of the maintenance handled here since then and the service staff have been very responsive, informative and professional. I have particularly enjoyed working with Ed Vellega. Recently the post sale experience has become a little irritating. I don't know how many letters I have received asking to buy or trade-in my car. No problem as I just throw them away. When they started calling during my dinner hour again trying to buy-in my car, it was too much. I would not mind getting a call if it were a safety issue, but sales calls are not welcome as I am on the DO NOT CALL list and NEVER response to telephone solicitations. Their marketing department needs to rethink this strategy if they keep their prior buyers satisfied. Prior to this, I would have given them five stars. More

No one looks forward to waiting for their car to be serviced, but I honestly don't mind going when Christine is there to take care of my service needs. She is always very pleasant and gets done whatever is needed. Just left the shop very satisfied with an oil change, new brakes, and a brakes system fluid flush. Brought my car in yesterday, and it was ready, as promised, today at 3:00 p.m. Thank you Christine for always being so pleasant. It truly makes a huge difference. More

I had some unexpected issues with my car, and I appreciated that Christine kept me well-informed through the process and even had a loaner car available for me. More

I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone via phone on Thursday or Friday (phone kept ringing with no end) and finally got in touch with Christine when I called Saturday morning. She was able to fit me in, most importantly due to low tire pressure because of a nail. The wait wasn't bad, it passed by quickly. Thanks Christine for once again taking care of my needs! More
