Excellent customer service. I was experiencing a steering wheel problem that caused it to pop and emit a clicking noise when I turned a little bit. It didn't feel right in my han I was experiencing a steering wheel problem that caused it to pop and emit a clicking noise when I turned a little bit. It didn't feel right in my hands, and it certainly didn't sound right. After trying a couple of other dealers, and calling Hyundai/Genesis corporate, I was told that there is no issue, and that this is normal for a steering wheel. I then took the car in to Genesis of Oak Park, and on the third attempt, they agreed there was an issue, and fixed it. Turns out that a coupler on the steering shaft needed to be re-torqued and repositioned. On a long test drive, the mechanic, Scott, also noticed that the brakes were pulsating, and took care of that issue as well. I reported the brakes pulsating to the other dealers on multiple service visits, only to be ignored and told that it is "normal" or that they could not feel anything. So I was pleasantly surprised and happy that Scott caught the issue without me even having to say anything. Finally, the customer service is the best I've ever received from a car dealer service department. The service adviser, Randy, is attentive, always followed up when he said he would, and always took my calls. It's obvious he cares about his customers. This level of service extends to management as well. Chris (I think he's the Service Director), called me after hours in the evening, apologized for being in meetings all day, and updated me on the repairs being done. I have never experienced that kind of professionalism and service at any other dealership. Keep doing what you're doing. I'll be coming here for all my service/maintenance, and referring anyone shopping for a Genesis to you guys. More

could have been better my name is Brandi s.i took my car to mcgrath because my check engine light was on they checked my car I was told by bill i needed a catalytic converte my name is Brandi s.i took my car to mcgrath because my check engine light was on they checked my car I was told by bill i needed a catalytic converter and an oxygen sensor, I was suppose to bring my car back that saturday to get fix but i was in the hospital so i called to reschedule the service. i took my car in the following thursday to get fixed they had to order the sensor so they gave me a loaner til friday. after two days of having my car back the check engine light came on again so i took my car back that following wednesday they checked it and stated they had to reset the history but with in four hours the check engine light came back on so i called to let them know that it came back on so they scheduled me to come back in that saturday. they didn't check my car that day they told me to come back friday which was july 5th christine helped me that morning they gave me a loaner she called me that afternoon and told me i needed a slienoid and somethig else done and that it was covered under warranty and to keep the loaner til wednesday , she then called me saturday morning stated she was giving me an update on my car when i stated she called me yesterday and gave me an update she stated she didnt call or tell me anything and that my things i need to be done was not covered under warranty she told me to come fill out a card to get the repairs done but it was not a card it was an application to apply for a loan. i felt like they could have done better with the service they provided me with and im sure as many times i brung my car back that they been knew what was wrong with my car. More
