Unfortunately, the service for a recall on my 2020 Sonata did not go well! Even though I had an appointment for 11 a.m. what should have taken 1 hour took 3 hours. The service rep told me it would take 2 hou did not go well! Even though I had an appointment for 11 a.m. what should have taken 1 hour took 3 hours. The service rep told me it would take 2 hours and I said I thought it would take one hour like I was told when I made the appointment. He informed me he would try his best. Keeping a person in a waiting room all that time during The covid-19 pandemic is dangerous! Whoever did the booking overbooked! This should not only not happen during a regular time in our world but certainly not during a pandemic which could mean a matter of life and death! At my Buick and Lincoln dealership they would have offered me a loaner or could have driven me home where I would have been safe! Many people sitting there waiting for their vehicles were in total dismay! Every person was speaking the same language. They told me 1 hour and here it is 3 hours later! Whoever is doing your booking for appointments is not doing the job they're supposed to! Who is supervising the individual who is putting everyone's life in danger! This is the first time that I have ever purchased a Hyundai vehicle and I am not impressed with the service that I received. I feel sorry for the mechanics who were put under such pressure! More
