Always receiving follow-up calls and ensuring I am happy with my service. This is very refreshing since most auto dealers the moment you have signed on the dotted line they forget about you. Quality of Work: Hyundai has stepped up its game in the last 10 years. I had an 2005 Tuscon GLS which I was happy with but traded in for a 2009 Ford Edge. I just ditched the Edge to go back to the Tuscon and I am glad I did, the improvement in the quality of work is apparent and don't forget it gets a top safety pick from iihs.org Friendliness: The sales guys are straight up no nonsense guys, don't play games & super helpful even after I bought my vehicles. I bought a 2011 Genesis coupe spec R and the 2 front rims had dings in them, both the sales staff and service staff followed up with me to ensure I book an appointment to get them replaced. Overall Experience: Would buy a third car there if I could afford it !!! They made the experience of buying & servicing a vehicle fun and friendly. Price: You can never be perfect on price because they want you to pay more and you want to pay less but overall they worked hard to put the price of the vehicles into my budget and didn't hide any costs. After three months of hunting down a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe and visiting more dealerships than I would care to admit, we found McGrath City Hyundai. Our salesmen Len Kee was awesome. He isn't a typical " Fe and visiting more dealerships than I would care to admit, we found McGrath City Hyundai. Our salesmen Len Kee was awesome. He isn't a typical "car salesmen". His MBA helps make him refined, gracious and very helpful. He is the first salesmen my husband and I met that actually follows up and calls us when he says he will. Unlike other dealerships we went to, McGrath was able to actually locate the exact car we wanted in a quick easy transaction and have it ready for us to pick up the next day. No other dealership could ever give us a straight answer on what or where they could locate a car for us let alone actually deliver it. In addition their pricing was reasonable and competitive. The entire process was seamless between Len and his General Manager Eddie Deppo. Eddie was professional, honest and delivered the product he said he would at the price he quoted. I would absolutely recommend this pair for any car purchases you have. More
