Horrible!!!!!! I called and got an out the door price on a 2012 Tuscon. Tom, the manager said he had the car. I told him I would be there at 5:30 to buy. We got there and they didn t have the car and tried to sell us a different car. Then they denied quoting us the out the door price. This seems to be a common practice to get consumers in the door so they can try to make any sale. I am sick of this dishonesty in this auto sales industry and this is the second time this has happened to me this year. Are only say in this is to never shop there and these reviews. I went in for my oil change which included a car wash which is fantastic service! Eddie greeted me with a smile as usual! From the moment the doors open in the service section someone is there to greet you. As you describe what is wrong with your vehicle the service area personel actually listen. Christine arranged for me to have a loaner for the 2 days that my vehicle was being serviced. I was given an update as to what was found to be wrong with my vehicle and also given a time that they believed that my vehicle would be fixed and ready for pickup. Christine is very professional and helpful. Most people hate going to the dealer service area, I'm guessing that they have never been to McGrath and had Christine help them. More

My husband and I made an appointment to go in on Saturday. When we arrived their on Saturday Aug,11, We were helped by Robert Gil Sales Consultant. He was so very accomadating,and had all the the an Saturday. When we arrived their on Saturday Aug,11, We were helped by Robert Gil Sales Consultant. He was so very accomadating,and had all the the answers we had asked of him of the car we were interested in, which was the Veloster. He then took us to the other lot where the new cars were to show us all of the Veloster's that were in stock. He spent a great deal of time with us and went over all our questions, and options. He was delightful, and so very helpful and patient. We ended up picking the car that we wanted and both of us just love . On Monday morning he did a follow up call to make sure everything was good, and really wanted to make sure we were happy, which we are. He was great, and so was the Finance Manager Carl, as was Eddie Deppen Sales Manager. It was a pleasure from the start of us walking in to the end of us driving out with our new vehicle. I would recommennd McGrath to everyone and without a doubt, Robert Gil. Just a small note we had visited another Hyundai dealership in the suburbs, they were horrible. A very bad experience. After quite an unpleasant experience, this dealership turned our whole day around. The warmth and friendliness received was probably one of the best car buying experiences. So this was a great & interesting experience! I took my car for it's typical oil change 8/4 of course I arrive & the service dept friendly as ever. So just to kill time I went and set with Dave Glass discuss some possible options for a new car. Well I must say the McGrath team is awesome. Dave and I went and test drove a 2013 Sonata (already was the owner of a 2011 Sonata) purchased at McGrath in May 2011. Honestly just weighing my options a little afraid of upgrading worried about much higher car note and tacked on interest! Well I'll be honest I can be hard & difficult at times when it comes to my money...Dave started the ball rolling getting appraisals & running numbers. Now I never make a car decision w/o my dad who was not with me by the way. I already knew Dave was going to make the deal to good to be true & hard to walk away from so I called re-inforcment in my aunt a true #'s lady I was still leary so Dave pulled his re-inforcment out JODY! What a guy funny, personable & well rounded. After further discussion playn with #'s and some of my own negotiating I was purchasing a 2013 Sonata. With a much better interest rate and getting features I wanted for the new car! So as a 2nd time buyer from McGrath Hyundai I thank you Dave Glass, Jody and Ed. More
Was given a price from another dealer over the internet. they said they would beat it by $500. Got there all they would do is match it, and add $775. destination on top of that. Waste of time. They think everyone is an idiot out here except them. Typical car dealership attitude! More
