We did our shopping over the internet, then contacted dealerships for a quote. Ruby was responsive and knowledgeable. We worked with Dariusz at the dealership, and all went very smoothly. He matched the internet price offered from another dealership. He was extremely attentive and fast... he was actually running all over the dealership for us! We were in and out with our new Odyssey in about 2 hours! We took it back the next week to have roof rails installed, and all went well. We drove home a loaner and picked up our Odyssey the next day. Then, Ruby was extremely helpful when we were trying to program our door locks differently... she went out of her way to help us figure it out! We live a bit far from the dealership so not sure if we'll go there for regular service, but we certainly will try! This dealership was recommended to us by friends, and we will certainly recommend it!! More

I purchased a chevy malibu 2004 on August 19 2011 and when i went in the sales representative were very nice and talked very politely. and i bought the car at a good price. after a month and 10 days the when i went in the sales representative were very nice and talked very politely. and i bought the car at a good price. after a month and 10 days the Engine of my Car died it had 100000 miles on it. and i drived the car for only 2000 miles and my engine completely Crashed. when i called mcgrath and told them about it the person on the phone said that its none of there concern and hanged up. So from this you can tell the difference of the customer service when you buy the car and when you have a problem with the car and you call them. i ended up spending $2500 to buy another engine Would recomend Do not do any business With Mcgrath City Honda. They Are mean More

I have never received such great customer service from a dealership before. The high energy, friendliness and professionalism of our salesman, Ryszard, was unlike any I have experienced. I leased my car last weekend and had to come in for a couple of service items this week (the car is a demo and I noticed a very small nick in the paint after I left and also needed to have a secind key made). Ryszard came in on HIS DAY OFF to ensure my experience went smoothly and the car was fixed promptly. I have driven Hondas for many years, and this is the 3rd CR-V I have bought or leased from a dealership. The first two were from Boch Honda in Massachusetts, and I can tell you - the service was ok there, but doesn't hold a candle to McGrath City Honda. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and in particular, Ryszard Chorosky, to everyone I know looking for a vehicle. And he's very entertaining and fun to be around on top of it all! My husband and I were interested in a Honda Fit. We had done our research and knew all the basics, so we knew that a test drive would be the deciding factor. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was very relaxed, the people were friendly, and there was no pressure. We test drove the car were were interested in, as well as another model. We were allowed to test drive without the salesman in the car, which gave us the opportunity to discuss the car and our honest opinions. We have been looking for cars for a while, and NO other dealer has been that trusting. We made the decision to discuss a purchase with the salesman. Again, no pressure... just what we wanted in order to make the purchase. He gave us all the options, and explained incentives and financing. He came back with a price...which was more than acceptable to us, so we made the deal. None of this "I have to ask my manager" or endless negotiations. The customer areas are very clean and comfortable, and even have a gourmet coffee machine. We closed the deal with the finance manager, and again...no high pressure with all the dealer extras, just explanations and relaxed conversation. We drove home in our new car and are very happy!
