I really appreciated his professionalism and helpfulness. Unfortunately, I wanted a red CRV, and they did not have any in stock. Dariusz kept in contact with me to inform me how the search for the red CVR was progressing. He recommended that if time was not pressing, that I could wait for the vehicle that was being delivered from the factory. I drove it home today, and couldn't be happier. He spent about 40 minutes with me putting on my new license plates and going over the functions on the dashboard. It was very helpful. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. This is the second car that I've bought at this dealership (2005 Accord was my previous purchase), and I will come again in the future, as well as recommend my family and friends. More

I went in to verify it because in the fine print they said this quote was adjustable with any arithmetic errors. I told them I was ready to buy if the quote was what they said it would be. It turned out I was quoted the wrong price on a car, but they wanted me to stay in order to work it out. Since my wife and I were riding with a friend we said we couldn't since it would be a long commute home by train. I was assured that I would get a ride to the closest train station. After waiting a long time for the salesman to come up with the price they could give, I was surprised ... it was much higher than they initially said. After that I politely declined and thanked them for their time. I asked about the ride they had promised, somewhat nervous that since I didn't buy a car they wouldn't care anymore about my wife and I. After waiting another 10-15 minutes they said that there was no way they could take us to a train station. That there was someone just about to come into to buy the car we were just test driving. I was tempted to go back and see if there really was someone there, but didn't care anymore. My wife and I took a bus and a train home. ... over an hour commute. I'm shocked at how much I was lied to by this dealership. AVOID THEM. I'm hoping to have a better dealership experience in the future at another dealership. More

My experience at McGrath City Honda was absolutely the best service I have received EVER!! The sales man was very knowledgeable and helpful. They even came to pick me up so that I could go to their dealership and purchase my car. When I brought my car back to have a security system put in, the people treated me like I was the only customer there was. I even got a free car wash. I did not have to wait forever either. The service department stated to me how long it would take and to the minute they were done. I researched my car with many other honda dealers and was not satisfied with any. McGrath did me great!!!! I would recommend McGrath to anyone purchasing a car. What wonderful people and the prices are right!!! More

As a result we return to them for even routine work like an oil change. I have come to trust them and when it comes time to buy a new car, the experience I have had with their service department will play a role in making a new purchase decision. I hesitate in thinking about other brands because I wouldn't want to lose this service. More
