Right from the very first email from Dave we were being treated with respect. When we called to set an appt time, George immediately placed us as his number 1 priority. They told us the car would be there in the morning and when the driver hadn't delivered it George treated us to lunch. We were already sold on buying from them based off of the outstanding customer service, this really cemented the whole transaction. I am willing to pay a little more for good customer service than get a screaming deal and be talked down to. Working with this team we didn't have to pay extra for the great service, it was who they were and it really tells a lot about their character. If asked to recommend this dealership I would say yes, if asked to recommend these salesmen I would wholeheartedly vouch for their outstanding job taking care of my wife and I. More

I went in to make a purchase, had a set price I wanted to pay and certain options I required. I informed the Sales Person Dave of my specific wants and requirements. Did not personally purchase a Honda from Mcgrath but was the one who recommended my friend to go get her Accord there. There she worked with Arthur who worked as best as he can to get her in the car she wa the one who recommended my friend to go get her Accord there. He's direct, professional and funny all at the same time, all the qualities that can make car shopping less of a hassle! More

I especially liked the manager Akira. He was not pushy, listened to my concerns and was patient with my indecisiveness. Ultimately we had a deal and I walked away feeling satisfied. I even went home and researched my purchase to make sure I made the right choice and was relieved to find that I felt I got a great deal. More

My car buying experience was excellent. Jerry Winski, to my great amazement, wasn’t forceful to sell me a car. I just bought a new 2013 Honda Civic here, and it was by far the most pleasant, least stressful/irritating car buying experience I have ever had! I had done my homework, so when I obtained an internet quote far the most pleasant, least stressful/irritating car buying experience I have ever had! I had done my homework, so when I obtained an internet quote, I knew it was a fair price. My salesperson Rich Hoffman was respectful, friendly, straightforward, and honest. He did not try to rush me or push me in any way. Althought I would have liked to get a bit more on the 2004 Civic I traded in, Rich gave me an honest and understandable reason why he could not go higher. (My old car was in superb condition, but it was a manual transmission which most people don't want.) The Business Manager Tony was equally respectful, clear, and honest. He thoroughly explained all aspects of the deal. He thoroughly explained the pros & cons of the extended warranty options, but never pushed me into anything. The showroom, service area, and waiting area are all clean, and McGrath provides nice "creature comforts" to customers who are waiting or who come in for service. Overall, an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend McGrath. More
