I had a horrible experience with Glen in sales. He failed to follow-up and provide a quote for a new 5 series. Called and spoke with a manager, still no return call. I’ll take my $65,000+ purchase to another dealership. How hard is it to provide a monthly payment? I wonder if they have concerns with providing service to Black Women? More

I took my car in for an oil change. Treated horribly and less than 2 weeks later my check engine light comes on and I now have an oil leak in the oil housing gasket. Service claims they Treated horribly and less than 2 weeks later my check engine light comes on and I now have an oil leak in the oil housing gasket. Service claims they did a thorough inspection. I don’t think so. I would NEVER EVER go back to this dealer. Horrible customer service. More
