He worked with me to get the best possible deal for the vehicle. We all know that purchasing a vehicle is not an easy decision and we need to feel comfortable to make the right purchase. At McGrath Acura, they do exactly that. They made me feel very comfortable, provided me with a Carfax report of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. I also met with Dean Wareh, the Finance Manager. I told John that I was interested in getting an extended warranty for my vehicle and Dean was the guy to talk to. Dean is an extremely nice guy, Marine Veteran, and very knowledgeable. He explained how the different warranties worked, provided me with different prices and options, and recommended a great extended warranty for my vehicle at a great price. My wife and I came into this dealership due to best deal from them compare to other chicagoland ACURA dealer. Spiro made us comfortable and was able to work the deal out. The he brought us to fiance manager Dean Wareh. We were very pleased with Dean. Paul Stewart and the folks at McGrath made my recent car buying experience probably the best ever. I was greeted in a very prompt, genuine, and non aggressive manner when I first arrived at the dealership buying experience probably the best ever. Paul was extremely curteous and made me feel at ease as we worked our way to his office to discuss the used vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I might add too that the interior of the dealership is delightful. From the expressor bar to the mini golf for the kids, everything was perfect. I believe too that I was eventually able to get a fair price after some friendly back and forth about the vehicle after the test drive which resulted in me deciding to go ahead with the purchase. Again, Paul was a wonderful professional throughout and I genuinely felt he wanted to make me the best deal possible. The last thing I might add is that the used vehicle I purchased was a Cadillac, not an Acura. Again, I was treated like I was buying a top of the line Acura so hats off to Paul and the McGrath staff.
