I have been shopping in different dealers for Acura. I have acura of Naperville is just one mile distance from my home but their service is not good. Same Arlington height platine is not good too. I walked into the dealership on a Friday not exactly expecting to buy a car. Chris was very friendly, funny, relaxed, and certainly not pushy. I SAW A CAR ON THEIR WEBSITE AND GAVE THEM MY NU NEED A CAR??? SEE JOHN VESTUTO!!!! ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO I WAS LOOKING TO PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE. I SAW A CAR ON THEIR WEBSITE AND GAVE THEM MY NUMBER SO THEY CAN CONTACT ME. SURE THING JOHN CALLS ME AND TELLS ME TO STOP BY. LONG STORY SHORT I STOPPED BY 2 WEEKS LATER CAR WAS SOLD. JOHN SHOWED ME 2 CARS THAT WERE VERY SIMILAR TO THE ONE I WAS LOOKING FOR. TEST DROVE THE CAR LIKED THE MOST. GAVE ME A GOOD PRICE, AND GOT THE CAR. 2 MONTHS LATER THE PAINT FROM THE FRONT BUMPER WAS COMING OFF.I STOP BY THE DEALERSHIP HOPING THAT WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. I TALKED TO JOHN AND TOLD ME THAT HAPPEN DUE TO ROCKS. HE GOT 2 MORE GUYS TO LOOK AT IT AND ONE OF THEM SAID THE SAME THING. THE OTHER SAID IT WASNT FROM ROCKS, THE PAINT WAS PEELING OFF. SO THEY ALL GO INSIDE TELL TO HOLD ON AND AFTER HALF AN HOUR THEY COME BACK AND TELL ME THAT THEY ARE SENDING MY VEHICLE TO THE BODY SHOP TO GET IT PAINTED THEY EVEN GAVE ME A LOANER CAR. I WAS VERY HAPPY NOT JUST WITH JOHN, BUT WITH ALL THE STAFF AT ACURA MCGRATH OF ACURA. THANK YOU GUYS! More
